Motek Peptides supplies research-use-only (RUO) materials to verified B2B accounts. Due to the nature of research peptides and regulatory requirements, all sales are generally final once an order has been processed and shipped.
Eligible return or credit review
- Material shipped in error (wrong SKU or quantity)
- Documented transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- Verified lot discrepancy supported by batch documentation review
Non-returnable conditions
- Products opened, reconstituted, or removed from controlled storage
- Orders placed for incorrect intended use or unlawful destination
- Buyer non-compliance with RUO restrictions or attestations
- Custom, private-label, or made-to-order lots
How to request review
Contact support@motekpeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, business name, and supporting documentation. Approved credits or replacements are issued at Motek Peptides discretion.
Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a chargeback. Orders include checkout compliance attestations recorded with your account. Fraudulent or non-compliant chargebacks may result in account suspension.
